No one wants to get dropped from a call or wait forever for files to upload. Solid, consistent Wi-Fi is a non-negotiable.

3. Comfortable seating & outdoor space

If you're going to be working for hours, comfort matters. Bonus points if there’s enough room to spread out your laptop, notebook and sit outside to work.
